I love paisley, but I don't journal.
Beth, this could easily become an iPad case, a Kindle case, etc. One does not need to journal! In fact, mine isn't actually a journal. It is a Brain. Heidi's Brain. Just think of what could be in there!!! On second thought, don't. Let's just say, there are a lot of sketches of future work along side very mundane lists.
